RALITSA SIRAKOVA is a lawyer with over of twenty years of professional experience, graduated Master of Law at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". She holds a postgraduate qualification in European Union Law.

Main focus fields of professional qualification:

- Civil, property and contract law, commercial law, registration of commercial companies and their comprehensive legal services, counselling on real estate and construction transactions, mediation of commercial relations between Bulgarian and foreign legal entities, participation in negotiations, appeals against any administrative acts and legal representation in court;
